Sam Adler

Group CEO

Born and raised in Newcastle, Sam moved to London in 2007. From a young age, Sam had a passion for property, and made his first deal at the young age of 18.

Sam started his career at an established North London property company. Within a short amount of time, he headed the lettings department, and gained the necessary experience to take the plunge and open his own, innovative company.

Sam started his company by himself as a let only company covering the whole of London.

With Sam’s forward-thinking approach, and excellent evaluation of risk, the company quickly evolved, and today is a far cry from what it was in its humble beginnings.

Sam’s main speciality is advising clients on all aspects of property investment. From international real estate investors, family funds, as well as regular buy-to let investors, Sam has the experience and expertise required to handle complex transactions in a swift and efficient manner.

As of today, Sam has handled over £50,000,000 worth of real estate, a figure that is constantly growing.

Sam has built his reputation on personal client care, speed of response, and immaculate attention to details.

When away from the office, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He has a passion for travel and is very actively involved in various charities in his local community.

Joseph Lipszyc

Business Operations Manager

Joseph was born and raised in London. After completing high school, he went to study in various prestigious colleges, both in the UK and abroad.

Upon his return to London, Joseph started working for a small family fund, looking after their property portfolio for a year. He then spent three years at an established property company, where he joined as Lettings Manager.

Joseph joined Easy Estates as a partner in 2012 and has since been key in its expansion. He introduced many innovative ideas that helped the company grow and thrive.

Clients particularly like Joseph’s calm and collective demeanour, especially when overseeing complex transactions with tight deadlines.

When away from the office, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He has a passion for exercise, is an avid hiker, and loves exploring the great outdoors.

Clara Cohen

Accounts Manager

Upon completing her A-Levels, Clara moved from her home in Gibraltar to the UK, where she went on to study at a teacher’s seminary for two years. After which, she studied accountancy, which she excelled at, becoming a fully qualified ACCE certified accountant.

Clara is the Accounts Manager at Easy Estates and has been in this role for five years now. She brought with her great positive change to the company.

Although at many companies the accountant may work behind the scenes, Clara always stands front and centre, with her valuable experience and reliability.

Yehuda Iversen

Property Manager

Yehuda was born and raised in Norway and moved to the UK in 2020.

A recent addition to our team, Yehuda has brought with him an incredible overhaul to the company in a few short months. Having always had an innate sense for future potential and an eye for details, he has become known for being able to deal with things in an efficient manner, even in high stress environments.

Yehuda’s main goal is to make the company ready for a new period of growth and efficiency. Even though he takes his work seriously, he is not afraid to lighten the mood with a quick joke.
