Apart from our lettings and Investment operations we have a strong management team.
Below is a list of the fees we typically charge Landlords.
LET ONLY: 6%
Let only service includes marketing the property, carrying out accompanies viewings, arranging for the inventory to be carried out, carrying out the relevant checks on the potential tenant including credit check and referencing and finalising the tenancy agreement.
DEPOSIT PROTECTION: £25.00
Offered as an additional service, we can protect the deposit on behalf of the landlord, for the landlords peace of mind
RENT COLLECTION

As an additional service we can also offer a monthly rental collection, pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears.
FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE: 8 – 12% (depending on property)
Full management includes all of the above, as well as getting quotes for repairs and arranging for repairs within the property, carrying 2 routine inspections per annum, advising all the relevant utility providers of changes and hold the keys throughout the tenancy term and being the point of contact for the tenants. It does not include ensuring the properties are legally compliant, although we do try our best to ensure they are fully compliant and would not knowingly take on a property that wasn’t.

This includes the unprotection of the deposit (where applicable) and its return to the landlord.

£60.00+ (depending on circumstances)
